確認程序
當我們收到訂單後，客戶服務部便會通過傳真、電郵或電
話與您確定一切，然後進行處理禮品送遞事宜。
訂購注意事項
更提供鮮花束、花籃、追思、禮籃及特色禮品等選擇。若是偏
一般訂單需二至三個工作天前預定；在母親節、聖誕
節、復活節、情人節等重要節日期間，請提前三、四天
下定單，以免出現延誤；
訂單上須說明送遞地址為辦公室或住宅；
必須提供收禮人的聯絡電話以便確定送遞的時間
和地址；
禮品一經訂購，恕不接受取消；
因不能預知或控制的因素而不能送遞禮品的訂單，
本公司將退回所有已付費用，但不會作其他賠償.

seasonal supply and other reasons, some of the specific circumstances of floral
materials to make appropriate adjustments
orders normally take 2-3 working days before the scheduled; in mother’s day, Christmas, Easter,
valentine day and other important during the holiday season, please advance three or four days, place
an order to avoid delay; order it shall be delivered to the address of the office or home recipient must
provide contact telephone numbers in order to determine delivery time and address;
gifts upon ordering,will not be accepted canceled; because they could not predict or
control the factors that can not be delivered to the gift orders, the company will refund
all fees paid, but not for other compensation;
