1、Minimum order？

Yes, blank color GILDAN t-shirt are 30pcs., accept different style, size and color (500pcs. per style for custom made orders) 

2、Order procedure？

Tell us the style, color, size, quantity, delivery method and address that you need. We will send a proforma invoice to you for confirmation and payment arrangement. The order lead time for blank GILDAN t-shirt is two working days after payment received (30 - 40 days for custom made order)

 3、Payment？

Industrial and Commerical Bank of China, Hong Kong Hang Seng Bank, Paypal or 支付宝 

4、Delivery cost ?

Delivery cost are not included in our quotations. We usually use S.F. Express in China and Speed Post for overseas customer. 

5、How to clean the dark colors？

Since GILDAN uses Oeko-Tex 100,when you clean it in the first couple times, put it in water separated for 30 minutes. It may release some pigment, this is normal and harmless. It does not affect the color of the t-shirts itself. You can enjoy to wear it and let us protect our earth togehter.

6、Return policy ？

If We’ve Made An Error: 

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Kapoww T Shirts. If we have made an error, such as sending you the wrong size, colour, or shirt design, please let us know and we will send you the corrected order.

We will also replace any t shirts damaged in transit.

If You’ve Made An Error: 

Please do not return the t-shirts to us before contacting us before hand to ensure that your request satisfies our return policy. 

We’re not abliged to offer refunds if you’ve ordered the wrong size; however, we do offer an exchange service for wrongly ordered items if we have stock. 

All shirts that you wish to exchange must be returned to us and should be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Fedex or DHL recorded delivery (customer will pay for all the delivery and the related cost.)

Note - if you want to change size from a standard tee (sml to XL) upto a 2XL, then there will also be the extra cost for the larger size. 

Also, we don’t refund any cost if you want to have smaller sizes.
